THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly technical, automation-driven Revenue Operations Manager to own and optimize our HubSpot ecosystem and the workflows that power our Sales teams. If you enjoy building scalable automations, integrating tools and solving operational challenges with low/no-code “vibe coding,” you’ll thrive in this role.

Responsibilities
- HubSpot Ownership
- Serve as the primary owner of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Build and optimize workflows, pipelines, properties, scoring models, and lifecycle automations.
- Maintain HubSpot data hygiene, architecture, naming conventions, and user setup.
- Automation & Integrations
- Design and maintain advanced automations using external no-code tools (Zapier, make.com, and etc.) and working closely with the Product & R&D departments.
- Troubleshoot sync issues, workflow conflicts, and integration failures.
- Data, Reporting & Insights
- Work with Product and Data to define which data is collected and how to visualize it.
- Build and maintain dashboards that track sales activity, deal flow, and performance trends.
- Process Design & Optimization
- Map, refine, and automate processes for lead management, lifecycle stages, routing, handoffs, etc.
- Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions.
- Create documentation, training, and best practices for GTM teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, CS, and Product to translate operational needs into system builds.
- Support team enablement on HubSpot tools, dashboards, and automations.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Must-have:
- 3+ years in RevOps, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or similar roles
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and GTM metrics
- 'Can-do' attitude and a proactive, problem-solving approach
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Zapier and/or Make.com (advanced scenario building preferred)
- Experience with APIs, Python/JavaScript snippets, or system integrations.
