Revenue Operations Manager
 

Role Overview:
This role drives the design and execution of strategic programs that directly improve revenue performance, seller productivity, and go-to-market effectiveness across a global Direct Sales organization. Acting as a key partner to Sales Leadership, this position shapes how revenue strategy translates into scalable execution, influencing decisions that impact pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and overall business growth. You will operate at the center of strategy, analytics, and execution, ensuring that complex initiatives deliver measurable outcomes and sustained impact.

In this role, you will contribute to initiatives that improve how sales teams engage, prioritize, and deliver value to customers across industries. You will also gain exposure to enterprise-level decision making, global program ownership, and opportunities to influence long-term go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end design, execution, and optimization of global Direct Sales programs that improve revenue performance and seller productivity
  • Drive alignment across Sales, Finance, Operations, and GTM leadership to ensure programs deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, operating cadences, and communication strategies to scale program effectiveness globally
  • Develop executive-level insights through performance analysis, predictive modeling, and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve segmentation, coverage models, prioritization, and sales productivity
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Enablement, Product, and Customer Success to deliver large-scale programs
  • Ensure successful program launches through coordinated enablement, communication, and system readiness
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and scalable operational design
  • Lead global strategic projects such as territory design, quota strategy, incentive structures, and pilot programs that accelerate revenue growth
  • Guide change management efforts to ensure adoption and consistent execution of new sales motions and programs

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Strategy, Sales Operations, or Management Consulting within a SaaS or high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated success designing and leading large-scale sales programs or strategic initiatives
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions, pipeline management, forecasting, and productivity drivers
  • Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel or Google Sheets, Salesforce, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Proven ability to communicate complex insights and influence senior leadership through executive-level presentations
  • Strong project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting global enterprise sales organizations
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Proven ability to operate independently and translate strategy into execution
  • Strong capability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across complex initiatives
  • Passion for analytics, operational excellence, and scalable process design

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$109,000.00 - $191,600.00
