We are seeking experienced personnel to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects for the sales analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring successful business outcomes. This role requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze outbound sales performance and identify trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities impacting funded outcomes.
  • Evaluate customer segments, dialing performance, and campaign effectiveness to improve targeting, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Assess the impact of Credit Risk, Marketing, and business initiatives on customer eligibility, acquisition performance, and sales outcomes.
  • Develop forecasts and workforce capacity plans by analyzing demand trends, productivity metrics, resource utilization, and staffing requirements.
  • Analyze end-to-end sales funnel performance, identify conversion bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
  • Monitor key business and portfolio metrics, including conversion rates, funded volume, CAC, LTV, delinquency, and recovery performance.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Risk, Product, and Operations teams to support strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership, translating complex data into clear business actions.
Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Analytics, Growth Analytics, Revenue Analytics, or Strategy Analytics.
  • Advanced SQL and Excel proficiency.
  • Strong experience with Qliksense, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization platforms.
  • Experience working with large-scale customer and sales datasets.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, campaign analytics, customer segmentation, and performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
