As a Sales Development Representative at Metaview, you will craft outbound narratives, build account lists, and generate sales-qualified opportunities while embracing AI-driven experimentation and maintaining pipeline quality.
The summary above was generated by AI

Metaview is an AI company focused on recruiting. We build AI agents that help world-class companies hire with radically more speed and precision. We automate the toil, and augment the human for companies like Brex, Affirm, Deel, ElevenLabs, and Airtable.

Founded by Siadhal and Shahriar after their experiences scaling Uber and Palantir, we’ve raised over $50m from top-tier investors. Most recently, Google Ventures led our series B. We’re growing 5x YoY, our customers are raving fans of the product, and our story has been covered in Fortune, Forbes, TechCrunch, and The Times.

It’s still day 0: Now is the time to re-engineer how work gets done with AI at the core, and our toughest challenges still lie ahead. We’re looking for people seeking the hardest, most fulfilling work of their lives.

How we work:

Four principles guide us:

  • Velocity. Optimize for rate of learning. Take action, get feedback, get better.

  • Hospitality. Sweat the experience. Delight customers, candidates and colleagues, even when it’s inconvenient.

  • Transparency. Public unless private. Share context openly within the company so people and agents can take initiative.

  • End-to-end. Deliver outcomes, not tasks. Step beyond your job description and see the work through.

The role:

We're at a pivotal stage of growth, with strong product–market fit and a fast-growing base of companies who already love Metaview. As an SDR, you'll be on the front lines of that growth— crafting sharp outbound narratives, opening doors with the right people at the right accounts, and turning them into qualified pipeline. This role is for someone who is excited to develop prospecting excellence, is curious about AI, and wants to build the skills that will serve you well as a future closer.

Key ownership areas:

  • Build and maintain targeted account lists and buyer personas to fuel a healthy growing pipeline.

  • Draft, test, and iterate outbound messaging, sequences and phone conversations, leveraging PLG signals and other intent data to prioritize where and when to engage.

  • Own multi-channel outbound execution across email, LinkedIn, phone, and relevant events to consistently generate high-quality meetings and sales qualified opportunities (SQO)

  • Multi-thread within accounts, identify and engage the right stakeholders, and guide them toward high-value conversations with AEs.

  • Be accountable for downstream outcomes, optimizing for pipeline quality as much as volume.

  • Over time, support a Sales Assist motion for smaller, transactional deals, increasing overall throughput while staying primarily focused on qualified lead generation.

What you bring:
  • Demonstrated excellence in demanding, high-output environments (e.g. competitive sports, team leadership roles, startups, side hustles, high-volume customer-facing work).

  • Clear curiosity about AI, with evidence of self-driven experimentation using AI tools, automation, or data to work smarter and move faster.

  • Competitive fire and resilience: you're motivated to win, embrace high-rejection environments, and consistently raise your own bar.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to run outbound conversations across email, LinkedIn, and phone.

  • Ambition to grow into an Account Executive role over time, and a willingness to put in the reps to earn it.

What we offer:
  • The best co-workers you’ll ever have, in an environment that fosters cohesion, collaboration, and performance.

  • Supreme rate-of-learning as we reorient how the world works with AI.

  • High compensation, through cash and equity.

  • All the benefits you’d expect and more.
