Now is an amazing time to join Nozomi Networks as we build the future of OT and IoT cybersecurity.

We defend some of the world’s largest organizations and critical infrastructure in more than 68 countries and we’re just getting started. Our AI-powered cybersecurity platform secures operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructures for enterprises and government entities across energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources, and critical infrastructure.

We are building a team of highly capable, autonomous people who are passionate about solving significant cybersecurity challenges, acting with integrity, staying close to customers, and working as one connected organization.

About the Role

This is a senior individual-contributor role reporting to the Head of Global Sales Enablement. The Director will be both a trusted field advisor and a hands-on operator, equally comfortable coaching a live opportunity, facilitating a methodology workshop, building a targeted discovery guide, improving onboarding, or reviewing enablement data with Revenue Operations.
In this role you will:
• Coach and Enable Revenue Teams by providing strategic and tactical coaching to sellers, sales engineers, partners, and managers to reinforce consistent sales execution and accelerate field performance.
• Design and Deliver Role-Based Enablement Programs by developing and managing onboarding, certification, continuous learning, career development, and skills advancement programs that reduce time-to-productivity.
• Drive Sales Readiness and Execution Excellence by creating and maintaining playbooks, battlecards, messaging, talk tracks, and best practices that align teams to a common sales methodology and winning motions.
• Measure Performance and Continuous Improvement by tracking enablement adoption, proficiency, readiness, and business impact through leading indicators, sales performance metrics, and actionable insights that refine programs and resources.
• Leverage Technology, AI, and Enablement Platforms to optimize the use of AI-powered coaching, conversation intelligence, LMS, CRM, content management platforms, and a scalable source of truth for the revenue organization.
• Champion Change Management and Cross-Functional Alignment by driving adoption of new methodologies, processes, tools, messaging, and co-selling practices through stakeholder influence and organizational alignment.
• Support Product and Go-to-Market Enablement by partnering with Product, Marketing, and Revenue leadership to prepare the field for launches, competitive differentiation, and evolving market opportunities.
To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:
• 8–10 years of demonstrated experience enabling quota-carrying Enterprise and/or Commercial sales teams in a complex B2B technology environment.
• Demonstrated ability to measure program adoption, readiness, behavior change, and relevant business impact, with strong facilitation, coaching, written and executive communication.
• Experience designing and delivering onboarding, continuous learning, assessments, and/or certification programs.
• Meaningful experience supporting technical sellers, Sales Engineers, solutions consultants, or comparable presales audiences.
• Proven success coaching sellers using live calls, active opportunities, deal reviews, role plays, or other practice-based methods.
• Ability to create concise field assets, including playbooks, talk tracks, competitive guidance, discovery frameworks, objection-handling resources and experience operating modern enablement systems.
• Preferred experience in cybersecurity, OT/ICS security, IoT security, critical infrastructure, industrial technology, cloud security, or another technically complex enterprise software category
