About Factory

Our mission is to create a world where software builds and improves itself.
We build the platform for self-improving software development, helping the world's largest enterprise engineering teams turn their organizations into autonomous software factories. Customers including Nvidia, Blackstone, Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), Palo Alto Networks, Adobe, and T-Mobile run Factory to ship code, review PRs, run tests, and deploy continuously - getting smarter with every cycle.
In 2026, we raised $200M at a $5B valuation, bringing our total funding to over $400M. We are backed by world-class investors and operators including Khosla Ventures, Sequoia, Blackstone, Ali Ghodsi (CEO of Databricks), and Frank Slootman (Former CEO of Snowflake).

About the Role

Factory is pioneering autonomous software development. At the heart of this mission is our GTM organization, where we are rapidly scaling a world-class sales team to bring innovative developer tools to market.

We are seeking a visionary Sales Enablement Manager to architect, lead, and independently scale our end-to-end onboarding and certification strategy. In this foundational role, you will design the strategic playbook for selling Factory from the ground up, shaping how every new seller achieves consistent productivity.

Partnering closely with leaders and teams across Factory, you will define our sales methodology and build programs that turn technical innovations into enterprise adoption. If you thrive in an early-stage environment where you can autonomously own strategic initiatives and accelerate the future of software engineering, this is your opportunity to make a defining impact.

What you will do and achieve

Program Strategy & Architecture

  • Drive strategy and end-to-end execution for onboarding every new seller at Factory, from day one to their first closed deal.

  • Independently build and scale the program by designing the strategic playbook for selling Factory where no prior template exists.

  • Shape how new sellers sell at Factory, since every one of them starts in your program.

Bootcamp & Role-Based Certification

  • Design and maintain comprehensive curriculum tracks for Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Sales Development Representatives, covering foundational company knowledge before diving into role-specific workflows.

  • Lead interactive live training sessions for bootcamp cohorts, partnering closely with subject matter experts, moderators, and sales leaders to facilitate continuous learning.

  • Establish clear evaluation criteria and certification standards for each role, holding new hires accountable and continuously refining content based on cohort performance and feedback.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with managers to establish and track 90-day onboarding plans, stepping in to support new hires who fall behind.

  • Collaborate closely with senior sales leaders, founders, and cross-functional partners across Product, Solutions Engineering, and Revenue Operations to rapidly build out the enablement function.

  • Regularly sync with sales managers, top reps, and subject matter experts to identify rep bottlenecks and deliver targeted training solutions.

Scalability, Delivery & AI Integration

  • Package and scale training modules so sessions can be delivered seamlessly by managers and senior reps, supporting both local and remote sellers via live and self-paced learning.

  • Maintain curriculum currency and relevance by continuously updating content as the product evolves and retiring obsolete materials.

  • Leverage AI agents and automated workflows (such as Droids) to streamline program administration, update materials, and track seller readiness efficiently.

Continuous Learning & Performance Measurement

  • Train experienced reps too, with launch updates, sales method refreshers at QBRs and Sales Kickoff, and focused help where we are losing deals.

  • Track how long new hires take to close their first deal, how many reach quota, how they do on certification, and what changes in their calls.

Qualifications

  • Enablement Experience & Leadership: 5+ years in sales enablement focused on building, driving, and scaling end-to-end new-hire onboarding strategies from scratch.

  • Instructional Design & Presentation: Deep expertise in instructional design principles, creating clear and attractive training collateral, and delivering engaging live presentations in person or virtually.

  • Metrics & Execution: Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven track record of tracking ramp metrics and optimizing enablement programs based on performance data.

  • Technical Fluency & Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible training for non-technical sellers, fostering open two-way feedback.

  • Startup & Preferred Background: Thrives in fast-paced early-stage environments. Experience as an AE/SE, background with dev tools, AI products, MEDDPICC/Command of the Message, or automating workflows with AI agents is strongly preferred.
