How you can make a difference:
- Coach sales managers and sales teams on prospecting, qualifying, pursuing, selling and closing sales.
- Conduct the orientation to the sales process, develop individual coaching plans, provide resources and schedule drive-alongs with senior representatives.
- Demonstrate how to effectively use all sales tools and processes provided.
- Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients.
- Review client calls and provide real-time coaching, support and strategy sessions.
- Establish and maintain sales development certification programs.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
- Experience: Two or more years of sales management and training development experience; Five or more years of commercial strategic sales experience; History of coaching sales teams for Enterprise level solution sales.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Technical skills: Knowledge of the sales process and enterprise sales methodology; Expert in developing relevant sales scripts; Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Skills: Presentation, business acumen and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Ability to design and develop curriculums that motivate and train.
- Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing a sales team.
- Background in telecommunications or internet-based services.
- Familiar with network and solution sales.
