Canon U.S.A. is expanding its Enterprise division, and we are looking for a strategic Sales Manager to recruit, direct, and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives. In this role, you will lead the charge in penetrating high-value Fortune 1000 commercial enterprises and capturing massive, untapped market share across Higher Education institutions. We are seeking a forward-thinking sales leader who thrives on innovation and leverages modern sales technologies (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Account-Based Marketing, and AI research tools) to help their team break into hard-to-reach accounts and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Your Impact- Build and Lead a Top-Tier Team: Recruit, coach, and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives executing aggressive net-new acquisition strategies across curated, high-potential target accounts. - Drive Strategic Expansion: Lead field strategy to capture market share within Fortune 1000 and Higher Education accounts, ensuring your team achieves 100% of quota. - Hands-On Leadership: Conduct field coaching, executive ride-alongs, pipeline reviews, and strategic forecasting to accelerate deal cycles. - Champion Sales Innovation: Foster modern sales methodologies, encouraging the use of AI tools, ABM strategies, and deep account research to drive executive engagement.
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring- Leadership Track Record: Bachelor's degree required, plus 7+ years of progressive B2B sales experience with proven success managing direct sales teams preferred. - Enterprise and Public Sector Acumen: Demonstrated experience navigating long-cycle, complex enterprise sales (Fortune 1000 and/or Higher Education/Public Sector experience preferred). - Modern Sales Tech Champion: Comfortable leveraging and teaching modern sales tools, including Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo, Google Workspace, and AI research tools. - Core Characteristics: High grit, resilience, strategic agility, a growth mindset with a strong eagerness to learn, and an unwavering commitment to team accountability. - Industry Experience: Office technology or B2B tech background is preferred, but not required. We value proven enterprise leadership, hunting grit, and strategic execution above an industry-specific background.
