Cedar Crest Home Care, LLC is seeking an organized and dependable Scheduling Coordinator to coordinate client and caregiver schedules, respond to inquiries, and support daily home care operations through accurate communication and recordkeeping.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain client and caregiver schedules.
- Schedule, confirm, and update appointments and service visits.
- Respond to client, family, and caregiver inquiries.
- Communicate schedule changes promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate scheduling and service records.
- Help resolve scheduling conflicts and coverage needs.
- Coordinate with care and administrative teams.
- Protect confidential client information.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
