Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior ABL Loan Origination Sales Specialist for Capital Finance. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .
In this role, you will:
  • Lead or participate in sourcing new clients and expansion of existing relationships within asset based lending (ABL) while partnering closely with banking partners to drive new business opportunities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients' businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, capital structures, and financial positions to identify and deliver tailored financing solutions
  • Lead complex financing transactions in partnership with coverage teams, including analyzing opportunities, structuring, and proposing solutions, coordinating internal stakeholders, negotiating terms, and obtaining approval from management and independent risk
  • Strategically collaborate with peers, business partners, and mid-to-senior level management across credit, underwriting, risk management, legal and operations to resolve client issues and achieve business objectives
  • Independently resolve complex issues while leveraging a solid understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Partner with product management and business leaders to provide recommendations on evolving market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics to enhance the design and delivery of credit solutions
  • Participate and contribute to business planning initiatives, market development strategies, and growth objectives
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for junior team members, contributing to talent development and the sharing of industry, market, and product expertise
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of secured or specialized lending sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of ABL experience including working knowledge of borrowing base calculations and collateral analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to review financial modeling to analyze trends and identify risks
  • Working knowledge of a broad range of secured lending offerings, including supply chain finance and equipment finance
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, modeling and CRM/RV
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$139,000.00 - $260,000.00
