About This Role:

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our LATAM Account Management team in São Paulo, Brazil. At Atolls, your role will be instrumental in helping us to strengthen our Account Management team and to drive the growth of our commercial partnerships in the Brazilian and Mexican markets across our Cashback, Community and Voucher verticals, creating exceptional user experiences and empowering consumers to make informed and confident shopping decisions. As a key part of our team, you’ll be directly involved in building and enhancing the digital destinations our users rely on throughout their shopping journeys.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to key retail partners, understanding their goals and co-developing initiatives that grow their performance on our platform.
  • Negotiate and manage long-term commercial agreements and strengthen key client relationships.
  • Translate data into strategy: analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize campaigns to drive measurable results.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, analytics, marketing, operations) to deliver impactful partner solutions.
  • Represent Atolls at meetings, industry events, and conferences, becoming a trusted voice for our partnerships in Latin American markets.
  • Continuously monitor, report, and communicate results, ensuring full alignment with partner objectives and internal growth strategies.
  • Take ownership of special initiatives (your “champion role”) to strengthen our overall team expertise and culture of continuous improvement.
  • This role will require traveling: To Mexico and European countries between 2 - 4 times per year
 Your Profile:
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, client advisory, commercial or account management ideally within digital, marketing, or e-commerce industries.
  • Previous experience working with the Mexican market
  • You’re eager to move from advising to executing, taking ownership of growth strategies and seeing your work directly impact results.
  • You think in frameworks and outcomes: structured problem-solving, clear prioritization, and translating complex data into actionable insights are your strengths.
  • A natural strategic storyteller, you can turn analytical findings into compelling narratives that inspire clients and internal stakeholders alike.
  • You thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments, where curiosity, commercial thinking, and initiative are valued over rigid processes.
  • You bring a consultative mindset and enjoy challenging assumptions, experimenting with new pitch approaches, and continuously improving how we engage our partners.
  • You see yourself as a collaborative force multiplier, sharing insights, inspiring peers, and helping the wider team elevate its client strategy game.
  • Affiliate marketing knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
