Our team is growing and we are looking for a strong Pre-Sales Engineer to support our business in Sao Paulo (Product Experts).

As a Pre-Sales Engineer at monday, you’ll be responsible for presenting the monday.com platform in the best light to prospects and customers, evoking confidence and removing all technical objections in the sales cycle. You must have a strong desire to leverage your technical and your sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value. You will also play a critical role supporting and enabling our Latin America partners during complex and strategic deals. We are looking at experienced individuals that would be able to establish the team’s methodologies and streamline our sales processes. You’ll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Partners, Sales and Product and Customer Success.

  • 5+ years in a Pre-Sales Engineering role (or similar) in a SaaS environment
  • English fluency is required
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A deep technical curiosity for how IT systems work in a business context
  • Great communication and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
  • Business process mapping skills
  • Experience responding to technical questions and security requirements from customers
  • Exceptional teamwork capabilities
  • Experience with CRM use case is a plus
