Job Title: Senior Administrative Business Partner (Sr. ABP)
The Opportunity
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to Senior/Executive Management within Early Clinical Development.
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate large internal meetings, team events, and offsite workshops.
- Handle confidential communications and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare contracts, purchase orders, expense reports, and assist with interview coordination.
- Draft and manage departmental communications, newsletters, and gSites.
- Support project management activities for Quality Compliance & Clinical Capabilities (QC3).
Who You Are
- 5–7 years of administrative, operations, or project management experience (pharma/biotech preferred).
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills with a proactive approach.
- Excellent judgment and discretion handling sensitive or confidential matters.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools (gMail, gCal, gSheets, gSlides, Trello, Jamboard, Zoom).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent industry experience.
