Our client, a world leader in life sciences and diagnostics,
is looking for a “Senior Administrative Business Partner” based out of
South San Francisco, CA (Hybrid).

Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Pay Rate: $35/hr on W2
Job Summary:
In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and
operational support to senior leadership within the Early Clinical Development
team. This role requires a highly organized professional who can proactively
manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, and support
departmental initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling
• Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics
• Plan and organize department meetings, team events, and
offsites
• Draft communications and manage internal information
channels (websites, newsletters, Slack)
• Process purchase orders, contracts, expense reports, and
payments
• Assist with project coordination and departmental
initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external
stakeholders while handling confidential information
Qualifications:
• 5–7 years of administrative, operations, or project
coordination experience
• Experience supporting senior leaders or executive management
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication
skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
(Gmail, GCal, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life
sciences industry preferre
