About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About Our Team
The Global Creative team within Marketing owns our brand and marketing creative — from brand awareness campaigns to experiences like Dreamforce. We're a collection of thinkers, makers, and doers whose sole purpose is bringing the brand to life across an incredible portfolio of work. As partners to cross-functional teams company-wide, we tie our goals to the most important initiatives — driving shared KPIs, strategies, and processes that unify and push the brand and business forward.
About This Role
Imagine if… creatives didn't have to say "Imagine if" when selling their work. Too often, ideas live flat in a keynote or Figma file, leaving stakeholders to envision the final impact themselves. We believe in turning "Imagine if" into "Watch this" — because seeing is believing. This role helps us do just that.
Sitting at the intersection of creativity, storytelling, and emerging technology, you'll partner closely with global creative leaders to transform conceptual ideas into inspiring, tangible experiences. Alongside AI and Creative Technology leads, you'll bring vision to life through motion, 3D environments, prototypes, and other immersive formats — reimagining event experiences, jumpstarting advertising concepts, and unlocking bold new ways to pitch ideas to executives. If they can dream it, you can help make it real.
Beyond individual ideas, you'll help reimagine how creative work gets made — spotting opportunities to use AI to accelerate production, cut repetitive work, and expand the volume and variety of brand-right creative we deliver. Working with creatives, creative technologists, and operations partners, you'll turn promising experiments into practical, repeatable workflows teams can use at scale.
As a meticulous craftsperson, you bring an exceptional eye for animation, pacing, and narrative rhythm, and understand storytelling principles, cinematic language, and motion design systems — translating brand principles into stories and AI-enabled outputs that move people emotionally and visually.
As a self-starter, you thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, adapt to shifting priorities, and excel in ambiguity — a proactive storyteller and problem-solver who delivers exceptional work with limited direction.
What You Will Do
Executive Storytelling & Creative Concepting
  • Partner with creative and executive leaders to translate abstract ideas, strategic narratives, and early-stage concepts into compelling visual stories and experiences
  • Rapidly prototype, animate, and visualize concepts for executive presentations, pitches, videos, campaigns, and high-profile internal moments
  • Transform static ideas from Keynote, Figma, and concept art into motion, 3D environments, animatics, interactive prototypes, and other immersive formats
  • Apply animation, cinematic language, pacing, sound, and narrative structure to simplify complex ideas and inspire executive audiences
  • Partner with executives and Creative Leads to ensure visual storytelling strengthens the original concept, strategic message, and intended audience response

AI-Enabled Creative & Brand Production Efficiencies
  • Identify high-value opportunities to use AI to accelerate creative development, streamline production, reduce repetitive work, and expand the range of concepts teams can explore
  • Design, prototype, and implement AI-enabled workflows that improve speed and scale while preserving creative quality, human judgment, and brand integrity
  • Partner with creatives and creative technologists to build, test, and evolve the brand toolset — including character/mascot generation, iconography, photography, and motion
  • Develop repeatable approaches for generating brand-right variations and production assets across formats, channels, audiences, and markets
  • Partner with AI Leaders to experiment with tools like Runway, Gemini, Veo, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and ElevenLabs to evaluate their potential for creative concepting and production
  • Partner with brand and creative leaders to establish guardrails ensuring AI-generated work meets visual identity, accessibility, quality, legal, and responsible-use standards
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of AI-enabled workflows through measures like time saved, production capacity, creative variation, consistency, and output quality
  • Stay current on emerging creative technologies and translate new capabilities into practical recommendations for the team

What Experience You Have
  • BA/BFA in Design, Art, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 12+ years of creative experience in-house or agency, ideally within a design-forward, brand-driven environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design, storytelling, and execution across mediums (digital, motion, 3D, experiential)
  • Proficiency in creative AI tools and emerging design technologies, including Google Ultra (Gemini, NotebookLM, Veo3, Whisk, etc.), Adobe Firefly, Runway.ai, ElevenLabs, and Canva/Leonardo.ai (Figma AI plug-ins a plus); familiarity with Writer.ai, Midjourney, and other generative AI tools also a plus
  • Exceptional ability to translate creative vision into visual/motion outputs that resonate with both creatives and executives
  • Proven track record of rapid prototyping and creative problem-solving under tight timelines
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with shifting priorities
  • Thrives in ambiguous situations, working with little direction while maintaining high quality
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Strong background in animation principles and cinematic storytelling techniques
  • Experience developing storyboards, scripts, and motion treatments to sell ideas before final execution
  • Knowledge of sound design and music integration to enhance narrative impact
  • Ability to adapt visual storytelling for different platforms and marketing initiatives

Why You'll Be Excited About This Role
  • You thrive at the intersection of creativity and technology
  • You love turning abstract ideas into visually stunning, tangible experiences
  • You work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • You take initiative and lean forward, even in moments of uncertainty

Why We're Excited About You
  • You're an inspired, positive creative force who always brings fresh ideas to the table
  • You have "Yes, and…" energy — pushing ideas forward rather than shutting them down
  • You're a fast learner who shifts seamlessly between design, motion, and technical problem-solving
  • You see constraints as creative opportunities
