We are seeking an experienced leader to join our IMU_Insurance_Insurance - Common department as a Senior Assistant Vice President. This role is crucial in driving our insurance services and solutions forward. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance account management and a passion for building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of account managers, providing strategic direction and mentorship.
- Develop and execute account management strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative insurance solutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services, meeting client expectations and SLAs.
- Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to stay ahead of the competition.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all client interactions.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance account management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is essential.
