The Senior Brand & PR Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and measurement of integrated brand campaigns across a variety of channels—including digital, social, PR, events, and owned media. This leader will play a pivotal role in elevating Seeq’s brand presence, ensuring consistent messaging, and driving awareness and engagement with key audiences globally working collaboratively with our global marketing team to execute with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel brand campaigns that align with Seeq’s strategic objectives and target personas (manufacturing operations executives and industry influencers).
  • Lead the creation and rollout of core brand assets, including digital commercials and collaborate with internal teams on website updates, and “snackable” video content, ensuring message consistency and high production quality.
  • Partner with Seeq’s executive team, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Corporate Communications, and external creative agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the launch and promotion of executive speaker series, customer stories, and product demos across digital and event channels.
  • Manage campaign calendars, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure all assets and messaging are approved and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize future initiatives and demonstrate impact on brand awareness and perception.
  • Support internal brand training and enablement for Seeq employees, partners, and champions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive brand activities to inform Seeq’s brand strategy and positioning.
  • Guide Seeq’s public relations strategy and maintain strong relationships with media and industry stakeholders (with support from PR agencies).
  • Secure consistent coverage across tier-one and trade media, including interviews, podcasts, and thought-leadership opportunities.
  • Develop, review, and edit PR materials—including pitches, media lists, commentary, metrics reports, awards, speaking submissions, and press releases.
  • Apply metrics to assess the impact of external communications and provide writing support for senior leaders to deliver key messages effectively.
  • Develop and apply metrics to assess the impact of external communications strategies and secured media placements, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with corporate objectives.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in brand management, integrated marketing, public relations, or related roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or industrial technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of executing successful brand campaigns across digital, social, PR, and event channels.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external agencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling brand narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign measurement and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
