Zuora, Inc. seeks Senior Business System Analyst to:
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices with SaaS applications architecture.
- Define the technical vision for the future state and anticipate business needs.
- Prioritize user stories through backlog refinement, liaise between the development team and business stakeholders.
- Deliver enhancements via agile sprints.
- Prepare solution documentation for end users and support personnel, conducting End User training, educating others on how to leverage solutions for their work.
- Coordinate directly with business stakeholders across various corporate functions to collect and understand business requirements.
- Write and groom quality user stories and coordinate with the business to get timely approval.
- Answer questions the development team has and perform functional testing.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing.
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 5 years of experience as a Computer Systems Engineers/Architects, or a related occupation. Experience must include 5 years of experience with each of the following:
- Analyzing and gathering business requirements.
- Preparing functional and technical documents and flow diagrams based on business requirements.
- Coordinating with different infrastructure teams during go-live and post-production.
- Eclipse and Hibernate.
- HTML, Java, J2EE.
- Oracle Apps EBS.
- Oracle Database.
- Oracle Primavera.
- PL/SQL.
- WebLogic.
