  • Create and execute partner marketing initiatives with Eaton, ChargePoint and others to meet aggressive sales growth goals.

  • Develop sales‑enablement toolkits: slide decks, ROI calculators, specification sheets, and sales team training materials.

  • Design and implement co‑marketing campaigns (email, digital ads, events, collateral) with/for distributors and installation partners.

  • Produce on brand, market-specific content: case studies, white papers, application notes, video testimonials, and blog posts featuring utilities, homebuilders, and installer success stories.

  • Execute targeted lead‑gen programs (webinars, tradeshows, territory-based roadshows) in collaboration with channel partners.

  • Create train-the-trainer content for distributor, installer and internal sales teams.

  • Build and adapt optimized campaigns for lead generation, partner microsites, and distribution catalog integrations in coordination with internal teams and agencies.

Lead with Data

  • Participate with Sales in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key distributors and installer network partners to optimize joint initiatives.

  • Effectively consider financial implications of decisions, including assessing risk and return.

  • Provide in-bound feedback and insights from the field to Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap

  • Manage and improve full funnel conversion of the demand generation and lead pass programs.
