So, what’s the role all about?

We are seeking a proactive, delivery-focused Project Manager to drive successful implementation and delivery of client-facing projects in line with scope, budget, and timelines. In this role, you will lead complex projects from initiation to close, ensuring all activities align with the agreed Statement of Work (SOW) and deliver measurable value to our enterprise customers. You will serve as the main client contact and ensure internal and external teams are aligned to project outcomes.

How will you make an impact?

  • Own full lifecycle project delivery from planning through execution to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices (Agile and Waterfall).
  • Build project plans based on customer requirements and implementation team deliverables. Must understand key technical concepts for CCaaS and Telecoms.
  • Develop detailed project plans aligned with the SOW.
  • Lead multiple projects concurrently.
  • Track action items and enforce accountability across stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks early.
  • Report on Project Financials, including revenue forecasting and recognition.
  • Lead post-project evaluations.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with all stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Have you got what it takes?

  • University/Bachelor’s degree, with PMP Certification
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience managing Cloud Transformation or CCaaS implementations within a Telecoms environment.
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams.
  • Experience serving as the primary client contact.
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining detailed project plans.
  • Proactive in managing risks and escalations.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada.
