Objectives of This Role: 
We’re looking for a Senior Director, Engagement Strategy who will guide our capabilities with a depth and breadth of skills in engagement, digital, market research and data strategy. The right person will drive strategic vision for our clients and lead teams to execute with innovation and excellence. In this role you will collaborate with many facets of the agency and client stakeholders to guide the successful planning and execution of integrated tactics in an omnichannel ecosystem. You will play a part in growing business and developing the engagement strategy roadmap for key client accounts.   
 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Defines, teaches, and maintains agency engagement strategy philosophy and approaches   
  • Fosters innovation to expand and evolve our engagement and omnichannel services   
  • Experience with AI tools and focus on leveraging AI to enhance the quality of our work 
  • Bring together creativity and data to create compelling personal experiences that grow our clients’ business 
  • Incorporates and champions innovation and quality throughout the process and across all tactics   
  • Mentors engagement team members, discussing with each career interests, growth opportunities, and training 
  • Partners with other departments to ensure overall agency collaboration, particularly analytics, media and marketing technology   
  • Defines, interprets, and executes client digital and omnichannel strategy   
  • Have a vision and see the “big picture” of the brand-customer experience 
  • Frame the customers’ behavior trends/patterns, identify differences across customer segments, and apply all learning to their journey 
  • Bring a deep understanding of data resources and techniques related to market research, targeting, and measurement 
  • Employ a variety of methods, including market trends/gap analysis, segmentation, personas, customer journeys, content mapping, program architecture, data capture strategies, scoring models, and business process optimization 
 Job Requirements: 
  • Minimum of 8+ years of engagement strategy, digital marketing, or project experience (within a pharmaceutical agency strongly desired)  
  • Proficient with AI Tools such as Gemini, Claude, and NotebookLM 
  • Familiarity and comfort interacting with Google Analytics  
  • Track record of implementing omnichannel strategies and cohesive ecosystem of tactics  
  • Extensive experience leading brand/tactical planning and championing innovative ideation techniques
