  • Culture Unification & Engagement: Operationalize cultural behaviors that drive accountability and innovation. Own the employee listening strategy (surveys, action planning, and analytics) to ensure a healthy, connected organizational pulse.
  • Internal Mobility & Career Pathways: Build transparent growth frameworks and "skills-first" career pathways, partnering with Learning & Development to ensure employees are fluent in emerging capabilities and AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Workplace Experience Partnership: Collaborate with Workplace Real Estate leadership to align in-office and virtual "hubs," ensuring our physical presence strengthens collaboration and culture.
  • Organizational Transformation: Act as a lead architect for change management, simplifying People Team workflows through automation while ensuring responsible AI governance.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Coach and scale a high-performing team of second-line leaders and specialists, fostering a culture of operational excellence and cross-functional partnership.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Talent Expertise: 10+ years of leadership in Talent Management, OD, or Employee Experience, with a proven track record of owning enterprise-wide performance and succession initiatives.
  • Change Leadership: Deep experience navigating the complexities of mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale organizational transformations.
  • Tech & AI Savvy: A modern perspective on how AI, automation, and workforce analytics can be used to augment human potential and simplify complex People processes.
  • Executive Influence: The ability to translate dense talent data into strategic narratives that influence C-suite decisions.
  • People Management: 10+ years of experience leading teams, specifically including the management of other people managers.
