  • Support contractual change management, claims, settlements and resolution of commercial issues, working closely with Contract Management and other relevant functions.

  • Ensure proactive management of contractual obligations and support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement where project deviations occur.

  • Promote and reinforce a strong EHS culture across all project activities, ensuring EHS considerations are fully integrated into project strategy and decision-making.

  • Represent GE Vernova, where required, on project-related EHS, contractual, customer or other relevant matters.

  • Support tender validation activities by reviewing proposed delivery models, project commitments, execution assumptions, risks and opportunities prior to contract award.

  • Provide leadership across large and complex project organisations, influencing stakeholders and driving accountability even where teams do not report directly into the role.

  • Proven ability to lead high-value projects with significant technical, commercial, contractual and organisational complexity.

  • Strong understanding of project financial management, including cost control, forecasting, risk and opportunity management and overall financial performance.

  • Experience managing contractual interfaces, project changes, claims and commercial risks.

  • Proven ability to lead and influence large multidisciplinary and cross-functional project teams.

  • Experience working in international and/or multi-stakeholder project environments.
