Datadog’s Global Events Team is seeking a Senior Manager, Conferences to lead critical workstreams for DASH, our flagship global conference, and support execution across our global Summits program. Reporting to the Group Manager, DASH, you will own and execute a key event pillar—such as Expo Hall, Brand & Signage, Session Operations, Ancillary Events, or Food & Beverage—from strategy through onsite delivery. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration and operational rigor. What You’ll Do:

  • Own core operational workstreams for DASH and support its adaptation across global Summits, ensuring consistency with regional flexibility
  • Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and run-of-show documentation to deliver high-quality execution
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams including product marketing, brand, communications, sales, and field marketing
  • Manage budgets and contracts, vendors, and agencies, ensuring cost efficiency and seamless delivery of all logistical components
  • Oversee onsite execution, troubleshoot real-time challenges, and ensure a cohesive and engaging attendee experience
  • Define success metrics, analyze performance, and deliver post-event insights to improve and scale future programs

Who You Are:

  • 6–8+ years of experience in event marketing, conference production, or event operations, preferably in B2B or technology environments
  • Proven ability to own and execute major components of large-scale (5,000+ attendees) events or conferences
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities
  • Experienced in vendor and agency management, including complex logistical coordination
  • Detail-oriented and execution-focused, with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to broader team goals; international event experience or CMP certification is a plus

Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply.

Benefits and Growth:
