What We Do

Rillet serves accounting and finance teams, the financial brains of their companies. Our job is to help them run the numbers with impossible speed, accuracy, and insight.

Rillet is the AI-native ERP built for modern finance teams. We help companies automate the most critical parts of finance, from closing the books and recognizing revenue to consolidating entities and reporting to investors. More than 600 companies run on Rillet, including Mercor, Scribe, and Function Health, and we partner with leading accounting firms including EY and KPMG.

This huge market is ours to take. We’ve raised $200M+ from Sequoia, a16z, ICONIQ, Bain Capital Ventures, Oak HC/FT, and other leading investors to build the financial infrastructure for the next generation of companies and help every business run its numbers at the speed of AI.

Who We Are

Rillet’s pace is not for everyone. Intelligence is table stakes. To succeed here, you need extreme speed, agency, and flexibility.

The people who thrive at Rillet do not wait for assignments. They internalize the mission, design a strategy, and bring back results that are better, faster, and more creative than a manager could have asked for.

Our work revolves around our customers. The people who succeed here are energized by delivering what matters most, even when it was not part of the original plan.

Rillet is built on deep accounting expertise, and it takes people from many disciplines to build a category-defining company. You do not need to be an accountant to thrive here. You do need to care deeply about the problems we solve and the impact our customers can create. Together, we combine the precision of accounting with the speed, creativity, and ambition of AI-native software to power the financial core of the world’s fastest-growing companies while redefining what finance teams should expect from their software.

Who We Need

As an Senior Events Marketing Manager, you will own Rillet’s field marketing motion — designing and executing high-impact, in-person experiences that connect us directly with CFOs, finance leaders, and operators and convert those interactions into pipeline.

This is a revenue-driving role, not an event coordination function. You will build and run regional programs, executive dinners, conferences, and partner activations that create meaningful engagement with target accounts and accelerate deal cycles.

You will partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Demand Generation to ensure every field moment is aligned to priority accounts, clear pipeline goals, and measurable business outcomes.

We're looking for teammates who value in-person collaboration and are within commutable distance of our NYC or San Francisco offices (or willing to relocate). Team members are required to work in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible in-office day. Certain roles may require additional in-office time based on function.

What You’ll Do
  • Own Rillet’s field marketing strategy and program calendar, including executive dinners, regional events, conferences, and partner activations

  • Design high-touch experiences that resonate with CFOs and finance leaders and reflect Rillet’s brand and positioning

  • Identify priority markets, industries, and programs that will drive the highest pipeline impact

  • Build and execute account-based field programs that drive attendance from target accounts

  • Partner with Sales to align on ICP targets, account lists, meeting goals, and follow-up strategy

  • Generate and support meeting creation with target accounts before, during, and after events

  • Manage venues, vendors, sponsorships, logistics, timelines, and budgets

  • Oversee on-site execution and ensure a high-quality attendee experience

  • Facilitate introductions, support conversations, and help move opportunities forward in real time

  • Collaborate with Demand Gen and Content on pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up

  • Extend field engagement through email, social, partner channels, and executive follow-ups

  • Ensure each program has a clear funnel path from invite → meeting → pipeline

  • Track performance including meetings generated, pipeline influenced, deal acceleration, and conversion rates

  • Gather qualitative sales feedback to refine messaging and experience design

  • Continuously test and improve programs to increase ROI, repeatability, and pipeline impact

Who We’re Looking For
  • 7-12 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event-driven pipeline programs within B2B SaaS or technology

  • Proven experience owning field marketing programs that generate pipeline and influence revenue

  • Experience partnering closely with sales teams on account targeting, meeting generation, and deal acceleration

  • Strong operational skills managing complex events, vendors, sponsorships, and budgets

  • Ability to operate confidently in executive environments and facilitate high-value conversations

  • Strong instincts for audience targeting, messaging, and creating memorable in-person experiences

  • Highly organized and resourceful operator who thrives in fast-moving environments

  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on pipeline impact, ROI, and continuous improvement

  • Experience at early-stage or fast-scaling startups preferred

The expected base salary range for this role is $160,000–$200,000 in New York City and San Francisco. Final compensation within this range will depend on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and the scope of the role. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.

Note: All official Rillet recruiting communications will come from an @rillet.com email address. If you’re contacted from another domain, please disregard the message and report it as spam.
