  • Serve as a Strategic Finance Partner: Partner with Business Unit, Product, GTM, Pricing, Operations, and Accounting leaders to evaluate business performance, strategic initiatives, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities. Support monthly business reviews, quarterly forecasts, annual planning, and long-range planning processes.
  • Build Scalable FP&A Tools & Reporting: Design and automate forecasting, reporting, and analytical processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy. Develop dashboards and self-service reporting capabilities, partnering with Data Engineering and Business Systems teams to strengthen data quality and reporting infrastructure.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Significant experience supporting a subscription, SaaS, recurring revenue, or consumption-based business, with a strong understanding of metrics such as ARR, bookings, revenue, retention, churn, expansion, and gross margin.
  • Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills, including expertise in Excel and experience developing and maintaining complex P&L, forecasting, and investment models.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear business insights, executive-ready presentations, and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong business partnership and communication skills, with a track record of building relationships and influencing stakeholders across Finance and cross-functional organizations.
  • Experience developing dashboards or financial reporting in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Experience in technology and/or Corporate FP&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting is a plus.
  • A strong academic foundation in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
