The Opportunity:

Join us as a Senior FP&A Expert, a pivotal role bridging the gap between financial data and business strategy. You will take full ownership of our planning and reporting cadence while working hands-on with senior leadership. Your focus will be on identifying key drivers for expansion and driving efficiency across Collectly.

Please note: This role is hybrid - candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area only will be considered.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and refine robust financial models to guide strategic decision-making, new ventures, and capital allocation cases.
  • Collaborate with department heads to establish and monitor KPIs and operational metrics that fuel business growth.
  • Conduct ROI assessments for upcoming product launches, marketing campaigns, and cross-functional investments.
  • Prepare high-level financial decks and business review packages for the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
  • Manage the delivery of Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and provide detailed performance narratives.
  • Execute ad-hoc financial analysis and special strategic projects as required.

Who You Are

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A. 
  • Experience in high-growth, venture-backed B2B SaaS companies (Series A, B & C)
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modelling.
  • Deep understanding of financial statements, forecasting techniques, and B2B SaaS business models
  • Great communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with strong business acumen, you’re comfortable interpreting the “why” behind the numbers
  • Advanced knowledge of the statements and accounting concepts
  • The ability to work independently while communicating with team members.

Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 per year
