The role
Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Own frontend product development, helping define the design system, architecture, and user experience for business software.
What you'll do
- Build and evolve a design system and frontend architecture.
- Work with product and operations on useful, clear user experiences.
- Own projects from problem definition through delivery.
- Improve frontend development tools and workflows.
- Ship features for business operators and their customers.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 3 to 6 years of frontend software engineering experience.
- Experience building dashboards, portals, or other user-facing applications.
- Strong React skills, with TypeScript preferred and JavaScript accepted.
- A computer science or related engineering degree.
- Startup or growth-stage experience and clear communication with non-technical partners.
Bonus points
- Storybook or component-driven development experience.
- Financial technology, healthcare, payments, billing, or related domain experience.

Compensation and benefits
- Base salary: USD 160,000 to 225,000 per year.
- Equity: Competitive equity.

Location and work model
- Hybrid in New York City or San Francisco, with three office days per week that you can choose.
