About the company

Our client is a fast-growing technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Write production code aimed at improving how new users move from first visit to active, paying usage of a developer-facing product. Combine full-stack development with experimentation and take direct responsibility for measurable conversion results.

What you'll do

- Own the user journey from first visit through to paid usage, across both frontend and backend code.

- Instrument key flows with measurement, design and run experiments, and release updates that shift core metrics.

- Build full-stack features, from the interface a new user first encounters to the services behind it.

- Be accountable for a conversion number: monitor it, explain it and raise it.

- Review product data, propose ideas, validate them quickly and keep what works.

- Partner with leadership to shape the growth roadmap and deliver against it.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- Solid full-stack engineering background on product-led growth work.

- Personal ownership of a funnel, activation or conversion metric that you improved, with a figure to back it up.

- Growth experience on a developer-facing product such as SDKs, APIs, documentation or sandbox tools.

- Hands-on experience running split tests and analyzing user funnels with analytics tooling and SQL, including a candid view of experiments that did not work out.

- Daily use of AI coding assistants to speed up delivery.

- Background in startups or smaller organizations, with solid tenure in prior roles.

- A bias toward shipping, measuring and refining over lengthy planning.

- Trusted individual contributor who collaborates well with leadership.

- Ability to work on-site five days a week, either already local or relocating before the start date.

Bonus points

- Experience delivering in-product growth features at a developer-tools or SaaS company, such as onboarding, upgrade flows or conversion pages.

- Familiarity with React and TypeScript.

- Experience building production features with large language models.
