Job Description

Team Description:

The Data and Analytics (D&A) Product team comprises three major product pillars: Workflow Data Fabric, Workflow Data Management and Workflow Data Apps/Analytics. The team is focused on helping our customers connect, understand and act on their enterprise data. We build solutions for our customers that power workflows and agentic AI with internal and external data to unlock exponential customer value. 

Role Description:

As Senior Manager, Data & Analytics Strategic Operations, you will drive Data and Analytics' most critical cross-functional priorities and strategic initiatives, operating at the intersection of strategy and execution and setting the standard for how high-impact programs are designed, governed, and run at scale. You identify, prioritize, and accelerate programs of the highest complexity with quantifiable impact on revenue, market position, and competitive advantage. You operate as an AI-native program manager and strategic operator who thinks strategically but loves getting into details. This is an individual contributor role with full strategic authority and accountability for outcomes. 

What you get to do in the role: 

Strategic Program Management & Executive Insights: 

  • Lead cross-functional programs with Product, Engineering, Experience, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success Teams.  

  • Coordinate Data and Analytics Executive SteerCos; define and set agenda with cross-functional stakeholders. Deliver key content and track action items to completion. 

  • Establish and report key product and business metrics to drive executive decisions 

  • Analyze trends and data to provide leadership insights.  

  • Collaborate with cross-functional team on key business cadences including Quarterly Product Reviews (QPRs), bi-annual Product Roadmap Reviews (PRRs) and annual Summer Strategy. 

  • Use AI to enhance program efficiency, decision-making, communication, and risk management.  

 

Data and Analytics Go-to-Market Execution: 

  • Define and execute Data and Analytics go-to-market readiness plans for new and existing products, working with cross functional teams. 

  • Identify and resolve critical path go-to-market issues across cross-functional teams 

  • Maintain NPI Team process governance: enforce standards, templates, tooling, and compliance across product lines. 

  • Develop and drive Data and Analytics Product Advisory Council (PAC) activities.  

Qualifications

Required skills: 

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.  

  • 10+ years technical program management or 3+ years leading strategic programs at tier-one Tech/Consulting firms 

  • Enterprise software/SaaS industry domain expertise with the ability to understand complex technology problems is a plus.  

  • Proven experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Legal and other go-to-market teams.  

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives 

  • Process-driven with propensity to create and employ repeatable processes to complete tasks more efficiently.  

  • Professional certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
