AHEAD's Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) is chartered with delivering on AHEAD's most strategic enterprise initiatives, or “Big Bets” — the critical, cross-functional programs that enable our long-term vision. Today, this includes large-scale transformation efforts such as expanding AHEAD into new international markets, transforming our portfolio and internal ways of working with AI, post-acquisition integration, and more.

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Transformation will play a critical role in supporting execution of these Big Bets. Rather than owning a single initiative directly, this role partners closely with one or more ETO Transformation Leads, providing dedicated program support across one or more strategic initiatives — including, when applicable, post-acquisition integration efforts — to help ensure plans stay on track, risks are managed, and stakeholders remain aligned. This is a high-visibility, high-impact opportunity for a transformation-minded professional to build the experience and track record needed to drive transformation at scale. Success in this role looks like consistent stakeholder alignment, clear milestone progress, and demonstrated program impact across assigned initiatives.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Partner with one or more Transformation Leads to support the planning, coordination, and execution of AHEAD's strategic initiatives (Big Bets).
  • Support Transformation Leads by analyzing data, preparing insights, and aligning stakeholders with project goals.
  • Support day-to-day program and project management for assigned initiatives, including tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
  • Help develop and maintain transformation plans, ensuring activities stay aligned to initiative goals and timelines.
  • Identify risks, issues, and interdependencies across workstreams; escalate and help resolve barriers to progress.
  • Prepare status updates, executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate progress, impact, and KPIs to leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to keep initiatives moving and priorities aligned.
  • Help Transformation Leads bring clarity to ambiguous or competing priorities across their initiatives.
  • Support the design and delivery of change management strategies, stakeholder communications, and enablement plans to drive adoption and alignment.
  • Support post-acquisition integration planning and execution when aligned to that work.
  • Help drive adoption of consistent transformation practices and tools across the Enterprise Transformation Office.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Flex support across multiple Transformation Leads or initiatives as priorities shift, gaining broad exposure to AHEAD's strategic portfolio.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum Required – Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; 3+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, program/project management, strategy consulting, or related roles within complex organizations.
  • Preferred – Experience supporting corporate development activities, including integration planning and execution; certification in project management or change management (e.g., PMP, Prosci).

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong program/project management skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and drive multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate ambiguous priorities into structured plans and actionable next steps.
  • Familiarity with organizational change management methodologies and tools.
  • Effective communicator, comfortable preparing and presenting updates to senior leaders.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and influence across functions without direct authority.
  • Adaptable and resourceful; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can flex across multiple initiatives or leaders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on commitments and deliverables.
  • Genuine passion for strategic transformation and eagerness to grow into broader initiative leadership.
  • Unwavering commitment to ethical standards and safeguarding sensitive information.

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
