What will you be doing?
Our team is composed of media and analytics professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and measurable value to our clients. You will find success on this team by leveraging your analytical problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills to deliver actionable insights, drive client adoption of Circana's solutions, and support long-term client success.
You are passionate about all things measurement. As a Global Media Solutions Manager, you will assist with crafting and leading key strategic initiatives and plans to unlock measurement growth. You will work with Executive Leadership to identify opportunities that will deliver maximum measurement value to clients by serving as a liaison to the core business units across GM and CPG globally, driving measurement product innovation and developing new partnerships where applicable. You will work closely with measurement and media experts, client teams, strategy teams, and Executive Leadership to deliver a diverse measurement growth strategy with go to market plans to drive scaled growth. You will work with product, delivery and media to drive new innovative projects. You will execute complex measurement pilots with our clients to gain understanding of feasibility. You will track strategic initiatives for multiple measurement projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand opportunities and challenges advertisers are facing to properly value return on investment and turn into activation strategies.
- Drive execution of projects targeted towards scaled measurement growth.
- Develop pilots and feasibility assessments to make sure new solutions are adopted and refined to match market needs.
- Drive strategic direction for the changing landscape of enterprise measurement.
- Assess competitive landscape to develop longer term strategy of our existing measurement portfolio.
- Influence product roadmap and effectively communicate market needs.
- Partner with external teams across the industry to unlock new partnership opportunities and advancements.
- Develop business cases to drive new partnerships & product builds.
Requirements
- Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Business Strategy, Economics, Statistics or a related quantitative or marketing field.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in task-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with ability to tailor messages to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving, agile environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Preferred 3-5 year’s experience in the Media ecosystem (including CPG, Retail, Agencies, Research and/or Sales); experience with insights and analytics in an account management role.
- Hands-on competitive analysis experience using quantitative and qualitative research & analyzing industry trends across the media measurement landscape.
- Experience developing, synthesizing & implementing strategic plans to achieve revenue growth goals.
- Experience with Financial analysis & modeling, revenue analysis & projection, data visualization.
- Problem-solving experience using Tableau, PowerBI.
- Experience balancing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Passion for measurement & analytics.

Location: Remote, USA.
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 USD.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
