The Mission

At Infinitus, our mission is simple: create time for healthcare by making access, adherence, and affordability easier than ever. We’ve automated over 7 million calls and 100M+ minutes of conversation — saving millions of hours for patients and providers.

Backed by over $100M from top investors including Google Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, Andreessen Horowitz, and Coatue, we’re a team that challenges the status quo and moves fast at the intersection of AI and healthcare. Infinitus was recently named to Fast Company's World's Most Innovative Companies and Business Insider’s top startups in healthcare.

Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

We are hiring a senior Revenue Operations leader to own our sales and go-to-market engine at Infinitus. You will define the RevOps strategy; establish the architecture, processes, and AI-driven automation; and actively drive outcomes that directly accelerate pipeline generation, deal closure, net revenue retention, and operational scale.

We sell our AI platform and solutions to pharma manufacturers, large payors/providers and others in healthcare. We are looking for someone who thinks strategically, holds strong opinions on how a modern revenue engine should function – including the use of AI to scale efforts – and proactively defines next steps and drives execution to measurable results.

This is a key individual contributor role that reports directly to the Commercial Lead. You will make sure that Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success always know who to talk to, why now, and what to say, and that the organization continuously learns and scales to drive revenue growth.

You will be responsible for driving key outcomes:

  • Revenue acceleration, including:

    • Every account executive and customer success manager gets timely buying signals on new prospects and existing customers through AI and other data sources (Gong, Salesforce, Hubspot, others) with suggested contacts and outreach materials.

    • All marketing activities are tracked by channel, campaign and event, capturing new contacts by source and helping drive increased conversion from marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads.

    • An increasing percentage of all deals and net revenue expansion have RevOps involvement in identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

  • Go-to-market intelligence, forecasting, and continuous improvement, including:

    • All wins/losses, sales call recordings, and other key data sources are analyzed for customer and competitive trends, providing GTM leadership with insights and recommendations that lead to better messaging and sales / customer success results

    • Improving forecasting by combining CRM deal progression with other signals to predict bookings and contracted annual revenue.

    • Analyzing through AI all Gong calls to benchmark account executives, customer success managers, and implementation team performance, creating personalized training and coaching for each team member

  • Operational scale and AI automation / innovation, including:

    • Majority of administrative RevOps workflows are automated to maximize RevOps time spent on strategic revenue-generating initiatives, and reduced administrative tasks across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing through AI and other automation

    • Architecting and optimizing the Go-to-Market software stack, including CRM, sales & marketing tools, and our own AI platform, bringing integration and automation across these to drive business outcomes.

    • Leading thinking on definition of comp plans, SPIFFs, and other incentives to motivate sales and customer success teams.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a B2B company with enterprise sales cycles, including experience leading RevOps

  • A track record of setting RevOps strategy and delivering outcomes (pipeline, retention, forecast accuracy, productivity) versus only maintaining systems.

  • Strategic thinker around revenue operations with strong perspective, backed by data, about how revenue teams should operate, and the confidence to push back, prioritize, and say no to requests that don't move the numbers.

  • Deep, hands-on Salesforce experience and established knowledge of HubSpot, Gong, and MCP servers.

  • Practical experience and track record in applying AI and LLMs to real GTM workflows to drive automation, scale, and continuous improvement while applying good judgment on where guardrails are needed.

  • Strong analytical skills and the credibility to influence Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance leaders, including at the executive level.

  • Comfortable with getting hands-on to deliver, and the ability to hire, manage, or direct contractors and vendors as the function grows.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry, and familiarity with HIPAA and SOC 2.
