Senior / Principal Product Manager

Please note we are looking for someone who is willing and able to come into our downtown San Francisco office on a hybrid basis (3 days / week).

We’re hiring a Senior or Principal Product Manager (experience dependent) to build and own the growth of one of Zip's product verticals. In this role, you will lead the teams operating at the frontiers of Zip as we expand into new segments and use cases. You will ensure that we continue to deliver a consumer-grade collaboration experience while supporting complex cross-functional workflows. 

• Drive the strategy and execution for expanding Zip into new markets, verticals, and product categories.

• Identify, validate, and launch new high-impact use cases that unlock growth opportunities.

• Develop and test hypotheses through rapid experimentation, customer research, and market analysis.

• Balance speed and scalability, ensuring new initiatives can evolve into durable, enterprise-ready product offerings.

• Align the GTM, enablement, and sales strategies with our product strategy to drive the business success of new offerings 

• Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure product alignment with user needs 

• 4 - 8+ years of Product Management experience

• Experience scaling SaaS products in a high-growth environment. Additional experience building products from 0-to-1 preferred

• Extreme attention to detail and ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and industry knowledge

• Strong written and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to prioritize ruthlessly, even if it may disappoint customers or stakeholders

The salary range for this role is $190,000 - $280,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
