Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our MONOPOLY GO! team in our Culver City studio hub on a hybrid basis, or remotely within the US.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Product Analyst you will join a team of Product Analysts and Analytical Engineers, working to support the Minigame Vertical team in collaboration with the wider analytics org. In this role, partnering with our internal data platform and data science teams, you will use data to generate player behavior insights and improve feature performance; from data modeling and event tracking, through to AB-testing, insightful analyses and recommendations that answer the game’s most complex and challenging questions. This is an individual contributor role, that has a lot of independence and responsibility, with building processes and taking end to end analytics projects

  • Data Analysis: Dive deep into large, complex data sets to extract actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Analyze player behavior, game performance, and trends to inform product strategies and optimizations
  • Game Team Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and challenges to the specific game vertical.  Define key metrics, establish data collection processes, implement analytical frameworks and effectively communicate the insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Ownership of Analysis: Take ownership of end-to-end analytical projects, from the inception of a new feature to ensure robust reporting and monitoring is in place, to design and assess A/B experimentation and deliver final insights, interpretations and presentations 
  • Drive the execution of analytical initiatives with precision and attention to detail
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, to translate data insights into impactful business outcomes
  • Product Roadmap Influence: Partner to shape the future direction of the game
  • Digging Deep: Hands-on exploration into existing reports and data, correlation of KPIs, definition of success for the Vertical, to identify the needs and gaps and actively work towards the improvements. Leverage data-driven insights to prioritize features, optimize game economies, and refine product roadmaps for maximum player engagement and satisfaction
  • Presentation and Communication: Effectively communicate complex findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Present insights in a clear, concise manner through compelling presentations and reports
  • AI: Utilize existing AI-powered tools to improve time-to-insight and increase quality and accuracy of the artifacts. Contribute in improving or even innovation of AI powered infrastructure where possible and applicable 

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for continuous learning in a fast-paced, highly-collaborative environment
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Intellectual curiosity and analytical rigor
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence related role
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and comfort working with large data sets 
  • Working Knowledge of visualization tools: Looker (Preferred), Qlikview, Tableau or PowerBI
  • Strong presentation skills; ability to communicate complex results throughout an organization
  • A love for or strong desire to work with mobile games

Bonus Points

  • Gaming industry background is an advantage


  • Exposure with BigQuery and Python/R experience

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is provided below. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
