    • Accommodate multiple payment and coverage scenarios in a unified, elegant experience.

    • Ability to craft multiple problem-led solutions for any request.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Take full ownership of design outcomes and balance user needs with business goals.

    • Navigate ambiguity and competing priorities with confidence and clear communication.

    • Present design work to leadership with strong rationale and strategic alignment.

    • Foster collaborative relationships across disciplines while articulating solutions for the ideal design direction.

Qualifications:

  • Startup mentality: self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable finding solutions in ambiguity.

  • 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing consumer digital products.

  • Deep understanding of conversion funnels, payment experiences, and user psychology.

  • Track record of shipping polished designs in resource-constrained, high-velocity environments.

  • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, FullStory, etc.) and willingness to experiment with AI-assisted workflows.

  • Strong communicator who thrives working alongside product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries.

Why You’ll Love Working at Tava:

  • Competitive salary and stock options (so you share in the company’s success).

  • Fully-covered medical and dental premiums for you and your family, plus voluntary insurance options.

  • Free, generous Tava mental health benefit — of course!

  • Monthly HSA contributions for qualifying enrolled employees.

  • Generous PTO and paid holidays.

  • Paid parental leave.

  • 401(k) retirement plan.

  • Weekly company-paid lunch via DoorDash and a personal DashPass subscription.
