Why Harvey

At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.

At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

Enterprise admins are among the most important users Harvey serves. At the world's largest law firms and legal departments, IT and security teams are part of every buying decision and every rollout, and they hold Harvey to the most stringent access requirements of any industry, from ethical walls to matter-level permissions. At most companies, admin capabilities are checklist items. At Harvey, they're in the spotlight.

The Senior Product Manager, Admin will own the product vision and roadmap for identity and access on Harvey's admin platform, the operational control surface where enterprise administrators manage users and access, govern permissions, and steer their organization's deployment of Harvey at scale. That spans SSO and login, SCIM and user lifecycle, MFA, permissions and RBAC, external users, and global identity across workspaces. You will also help define a brand-new problem space. As agents become part of how legal work gets done, you'll work with product managers across Harvey to define what agent identity means: how agents authenticate, how admins grant them permissions, and how customers govern them.

This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone with strong product judgment who can turn complex, high-stakes enterprise problems into a clear strategy and shipped product: running several platform projects at once, moving with urgency, and owning outcomes end to end. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Security, Legal Engineering, and Go-to-Market, and your work will directly shape whether the world's most demanding enterprises trust Harvey with their most sensitive work.

What You'll Do
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for identity and access at Harvey, taking problems from discovery through launch and iteration.

  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and GTM to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive admin experiences that meet the operational needs of large enterprise customers.

  • Engage directly with enterprise customers, customer success, and sales teams to deeply understand admin pain points, access and governance requirements, and integration needs, and translate those insights into high-impact product investments.

  • Define agent identity with product managers across Harvey: how agents authenticate, how admins assign them permissions, and how customers govern them.

  • Make feature access provisioning seamless between our go-to-market systems and the product, so customers reach Early Access and GA capabilities without manual work.

  • Build the permission and identity primitives other Harvey teams build on, and partner with Security and Legal Engineering on the controls enterprise buyers require.

  • Establish and track key metrics for provisioning coverage, admin efficiency, and governance, using data to inform prioritization and measure success.

  • Drive alignment across stakeholders on trade-offs, sequencing, and scope, communicating clearly at both the executive and working-team levels.

What You Have
  • 5+ years of hands-on product management experience building enterprise B2B products, with deep familiarity in identity and access: SSO, SCIM, MFA, RBAC, permissions, and audit logging.

  • A track record of shipping high-quality products end to end in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, running several projects at once, ideally at a startup or growth-stage company that moved upmarket into large enterprises.

  • Platform and systems thinking: you have built something other teams depend on, and you understand how a change in one system ripples through the rest.

  • Experience working directly with security, compliance, and IT stakeholders, such as security reviews or procurement, and shipping products that pass their scrutiny.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and the ability to articulate a clear product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Enough technical depth to partner with engineers on architecture and tradeoffs, with a strong desire to go deeper.

  • A hungry, curious, ownership-driven approach, with strong attention to detail.
