As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead product development for AI-powered healthcare tools, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance provider workflows and delivering impactful features from discovery to launch.
The summary above was generated by AI

At Commure, we're building the AI Operating System for healthcare, the foundation that defines how care is delivered, documented, and financed. Our platform spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and Dictation eliminating documentation burden at the point of care, intelligent Agents automating patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims, all on a single AI-native platform integrated with 60+ EHRs.

Healthcare carries a $1 trillion administrative burden and we're at the center of transforming it. Today, 500,000+ clinicians across 500+ healthcare organizations nationwide trust Commure to handle $25B+ in annual claims and support over 200 million patient interactions. Our latest $70M raise at a $7B valuation reflects the confidence the market has placed in this mission.

Our team works directly alongside clinicians, not through layers of process, which means the gap between what you build and its impact on patient care is immediate. We move fast, deploy daily, and take full ownership from early thinking to production. If you're energized by hard problems, high stakes, and a team that holds itself to a high bar, you'll find your people here.

The future of healthcare is being built right now. Come deliver this transformation.

About the Role

Commure is building AI-powered tools that remove the friction between caring for patients and documenting that care. As a Senior PM on our Ambient team, you'll own meaningful product surfaces end-to-end; working across engineering, clinical stakeholders, and major health system partners to ship products that providers actually want to use.

This Full Time position requires working 3 days a week in our Mountain View office (Hybrid)

What You'll Do
  • Own product areas end-to-end: Drive features from discovery through delivery — scoping requirements, aligning engineering, managing QA, and tracking outcomes after launch. You own the full cycle, not just the spec.

  • Define the future of healthtech: You’ll have the opportunity to help define the future of healthtech — building AI-powered workflows that fundamentally change how providers deliver care and interact with their tools. This is not incremental improvement; you’ll be shaping the next generation of provider-facing AI, from ambient documentation to end-to-end automation of clinical and operational workflows.

  • Build and manage health system relationships: Owning the relationships, understanding their integration requirements, and ensuring our products fit seamlessly into customer environments.

  • Translate technical complexity into clear direction: You don't need to write code, but you need to understand how integrations work, interpret technical constraints, and communicate clearly across engineering, clinical, and business stakeholders.

  • Go deep on user research: Spend meaningful time onsite with providers and clinical staff. Surface real pain points, validate solutions before building, and carry the provider's perspective into every product decision.

  • Define success and drive it: Set clear metrics and OKRs for your product areas. Use quantitative and qualitative signal to prioritize ruthlessly, demonstrate impact, and make the case for what to build next.

  • Grow into a people leader: As the team scales, there is a clear path to managing other PMs. We're looking for someone who's ready to take that step or eager to develop toward it.

What You Have
  • Product management experience at a B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare technology company

  • Strong generalist fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, stakeholder alignment, and shipping in a fast-paced environment

  • Technical fluency: able to understand how integrations and APIs work, read technical documentation, and have substantive conversations with engineers without needing to code yourself

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve in AI & Healthcare: Keep up with AI advancements in LLMs, autonomous agents, and clinical NLP, continuously exploring new ways to enhance provider workflows through technology.

  • Structured approach to user research: you know how to run studies, synthesize findings, and turn insight into prioritized action

  • Clear communicator: able to write sharp PRDs, present to cross-functional teams, and align stakeholders who have competing priorities

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to help shape what this role becomes

Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR

  • Clinical background or time spent working alongside providers

  • Consumer product experience — a sense for building products that end users love, not just ones that clear enterprise procurement checklists

  • Prior experience managing or mentoring other PMs or cross-functional teams

  • Exposure to AI/ML or ambient voice products

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
