Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead consumer-facing digital products from discovery through delivery and continuous iteration. This role requires a strategic and execution-focused product leader who can drive product vision, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable digital experiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer discovery, product strategy, Agile delivery, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires the ability to operate comfortably in fast-paced environments, manage ambiguity, and influence stakeholders across product, engineering, design, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Ownership- Own and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key digital product areas.
- Define product vision and align priorities with customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities.
- Create and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), Press Release and FAQ (PR/FAQ) documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Define measurable product goals, KPIs, and success metrics to evaluate business and customer impact.
- Lead customer discovery efforts including interviews, usability testing, and research sessions to understand user behaviors and pain points.
- Translate customer insights and business needs into scalable product capabilities and user experiences.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to validate assumptions and influence product direction.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Own and manage product backlogs, release planning, and feature sequencing within Agile delivery frameworks.
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to ensure delivery aligns with product vision and customer expectations.
- Drive incremental product releases and continuous iteration based on feedback and analytics.
- Define instrumentation requirements and partner with analytics teams to establish dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Monitor product performance, feature adoption, customer engagement, and operational metrics.
- Use experimentation, analytics, and user feedback to optimize product outcomes and guide future investments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, UX/UI, operations, compliance, analytics, and executive leadership teams.
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, trade-offs, and roadmap updates effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Drive alignment and decision-making across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to improve product discovery, documentation, prototyping, backlog refinement, and delivery processes.
- Evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI/ML-driven capabilities into digital products and customer experiences.
- Promote modern product management practices and continuous improvement across teams.
- 7+ years of product management experience delivering consumer-facing digital products.
- Proven experience leading products from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Strong experience conducting customer research, usability testing, and product discovery activities.
- Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and prioritize features using customer insights, analytics, and business goals.
- Experience creating PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmap documentation.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working directly with engineering and design teams in fast-paced product organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, influence decisions, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in automotive, fintech, lending, marketplace, or other digital platform-based industries.
- Experience building AI/ML-powered product features such as personalization, recommendations, or intelligent search.
- Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-driven product environments.
- Experience using PR/FAQ or similar “working backwards” product frameworks.
- Experience with experimentation platforms, analytics tools, and AI-assisted product delivery workflows.
