About The Role

The Senior Product Manager, User Interfaces, owns the product experience for how customers and internal users interact with Volta's platform — dashboards, consoles, and APIs that make complex infrastructure usable. You will define and drive the roadmap for making Volta's platform intuitive and productive to use.

This role sits at the intersection of technical depth and customer empathy — turning genuinely complex infrastructure into something people enjoy using.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Own product strategy and roadmap for Volta's user-facing interfaces, dashboards, and consoles

  • Partner with design and engineering to define and ship intuitive, reliable user experiences

  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback to inform interface improvements

  • Define success metrics for usability, adoption, and customer satisfaction

  • Work closely with customer success and support to identify pain points in the current experience

  • Balance customer-facing simplicity with the complexity of the underlying infrastructure

  • Communicate roadmap and priorities clearly to engineering, design, and leadership

What You Bring
  • Product management experience in developer tools, dashboards, or infrastructure UI is essential

  • Strong product sense and experience partnering closely with design

  • Comfortable engaging with technical customers and translating feedback into requirements

  • A track record shipping user-facing products that balance simplicity and power
