What Makes You a Great Fit

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. In this role, you will drive the product definition, strategy and execution to enhance the platform capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and go-to market teams. You will lead the product plans and communicate these plans, benefits and the results to key stakeholders including the leadership team.

This is a hybrid position based in Palo Alto, California, and in-office collaboration is required for at least 3 days per week. You will be an individual contributor.

How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of our EOR platform features.

  • Translate customer needs, market insight, and business goals into clear, prioritized product requirements.

  • Define use cases for AI agents to automate and streamline day-to-day EOR employee workflows.

  • Partner closely with engineering leads on architecture trade-offs, API design, and technical feasibility

  • Work hands-on with data — writing SQL queries, analyzing usage patterns, and instrumenting features to measure impact.

  • Define and track success metrics, running experiments and iterating based on data.

  • Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership

Let's Connect If You Have:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience

  • Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience

  • Track record owning a product area end-to-end — from strategy to shipped, adopted features

  • Hands-on experience in testing product before releasing and editing FAQ/documentation

  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to execs and engineers alike

  • Startup experience, either in FinTech or HR tech preferably

  • Experience taking a product from 0-1 or a technical co-founder is preferred
