Title: Senior Product Manager

Department: Product Solutions

Reports To: SVP, Product Solutions

FLSA Status: Exempt

Location: NYC Preferred

Job Summary:

We need a dynamic product specialist to own our Identity portfolio, which includes Account Opening and Age Estimation. This is a highly strategic role where you’ll be a central figure in our go-to-market efforts. You’ll work with sales, marketing, and engineering to solve some of the biggest problems facing businesses today—from high-friction onboarding that kills sign-ups to fragmented data that blocks personalization and cross-selling. You’ll be the expert who connects the dots and explains how our solutions create a single, unified, and trustworthy view of the customer.

The Solution Owner for Identity is a core product expert responsible for the success of our onboarding and identity resolution products. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey, from initial sign-up to long-term engagement, and how our solutions create a seamless, secure experience. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, self-starter who can act as a content leader and a trusted advisor to both our internal teams and our clients.

When a potential customer shows up at a business's digital doorstep, we want to get them on board quickly and securely. The "Welcome" part of our platform focuses on turning customer intent into a lasting relationship by removing friction and blocking fraud right at the front door. Solutions like Prove Pre-Fill and eKYC make this possible. Instead of making a user fill out a long, frustrating form, we can automatically populate their verified information, leading to higher conversion rates and a much better user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business & Revenue Ownership: Take accountability for your solutions and financial success. This includes defining and supporting the go-to-market plan, contributing to pricing strategy to ensure commercial viability, and supporting the sales team to achieve annual contract value (ACV) and revenue targets. You will be responsible for understanding and improving key financial metrics for your product suite.
  • Sales / Company Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the cross-functional expert for our authentication and identity management products, guiding solution strategy and design for both internal and external audiences.
  • Issue Research and Resolution: Act as a go-to resource for researching and resolving complex product issues that arise with our clients.
  • Thought Leadership: Help position the company and yourself as an industry authority by contributing to relevant publications, presentations, and events.
  • Capturing Requirements: Collaborate closely with engineering and data science to capture and document detailed requirements for new features and solutions, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic vision and roadmap for the WELCOME suite, making sure it stays aligned with overall company goals and market trends .
  • Market Intelligence: Stay on top of market trends and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience: 8+ years in a customer-facing product role, such as Solution Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Sales Engineer, for a global software enterprise.
  • Executive Engagement: Proven ability to engage with and influence C-level executives, building strong, credible relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Facilitation Skills: Strong group facilitation skills, with the ability to lead customer discussions and gain strategic alignment.
  • Cultural Values: A commitment to promoting and upholding our core cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership.
  • Continuous Learning: A passion for staying current on product knowledge and the ever-changing identity and fraud prevention landscape.
  • Company Stage: Experience in high-growth/pre-IPO technology companies.
