ImpactAs our Senior Product Manager for Marketplace Consumer Experience, you sit at the center of Shipt’s three-sided marketplace, owning the digital journey from "App Open" to "Order Placed" for millions of users. You are responsible for balancing the complex needs of customers, retail partners, and personal shoppers to drive measurable growth in conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
Every day, you will collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams using tools like Amplitude, Jira, and Slack to identify friction points and launch high-impact experiments. You will act as the primary architect of the product roadmap for our core eCommerce and retail media agents, translating deep user research into features that make every transaction feel like magic.
Senior Product Managers in this role are asked to partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver robust solutions that move the needle for our users. You will be tasked for driving synergies between the in-app and off-app user experiences. Experience with marketing teams and marketing tech stacks is a plus.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience specifically launching high-traffic features within B2C e-commerce or multi-sided marketplaces and demonstrated partnership with marketing stakeholders.

  • Proven autonomy in managing the full product lifecycle—from initial discovery and vision setting to post-launch optimization—without requiring daily tactical guidance.

  • Technical proficiency in mobile-first environments, specifically having integrated internal tooling with external marketing tech solutions.

  • Experience leading cross-functional squads of 10+ people (engineers, designers, and data scientists) to deliver measurable ROI on complex marketplace projects.

  • Mastery of A/B testing and data analysis to drive growth experiments; you should be comfortable quantifying how your previous features impacted specific North Star metrics.

  • Strategic communication skills with a track record of distilling technical complexity into compelling narratives for executive-level stakeholders.

Pay Range: $115,000 - $158,000

Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
