Axiado is building the future of AIpowered digital infrastructure. We are a fastgrowing, wellfunded silicon, systems, and solutions company pioneering a new category of semiconductor called the Trusted Control/Compute Unit (TCU) that combines advanced hardware security, AIdriven resilience and efficiency, and realtime platform management. Our technology protects the world’s most critical infrastructure—from data centers to nextgeneration cloud and AI platforms—by securing systems at the foundation levels of hardware, independent of host CPUs and operating systems.
Founded in 2019 and now over 150 employees strong, Axiado has evolved into a recognized leader in the convergence of AI, security, and silicon innovation. We partner with and are actively engaged in commercial programs with multiple Tier 1 industry leaders, validating both our technology and our long-term market trajectory. Axiado has also won numerous industry awards for our ground-breaking products and technological innovations, including being named one of Fast Company’s 2025 Top 10 Most Innovative Companies in Security, winning the 2025 Global InfoSec Award for Outstanding AI Security Solution, and being named a finalist for the Global Semiconductor Alliance’s 2025 “Start-Up to Watch” award.
At Axiado, developing breakthrough technology takes more than great engineering—it takes a team of exceptional people who collaborate boldly, challenge assumptions, and take pride in building what comes next. We value curiosity, execution, respect, and a shared desire to make a meaningful impact on the security and reliability of the digital world.
If you’re driven to innovate, energized by hard problems, and excited to help define the future of secure AI infrastructure, we invite you to apply and join us on this journey.
Job DescriptionAxiado is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product roadmap for the Axiado Trusted Control/Compute Unit (TCU) platform, which includes silicon, hardware modules, and software. While the primary focus of this role is the software, firmware, and AI/ML capabilities of the TCU platform, the Senior Product Manager will maintain broad visibility across Axiado's full data center silicon and hardware module portfolio and collaborate closely with other team members on cross-cutting roadmap decisions. Reporting to the Head of Products & Marketing, you will sit at the intersection of engineering, customers, and go-to-market, defining requirements, driving alignment, and ensuring Axiado's TCU platform products are drivers of the company's product strategy.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with leadership potential as Axiado's PM organization scales. You will work directly with our engineering team on platform architecture, with customers on integration requirements, and with product marketing on positioning and launch.
Own the SW/FW roadmap for Axiado’s Trusted Control/Compute Unit platform, including BMC/RMC platform management software, security stack (RoT, Firewall), and AI/ML inference capabilities, prioritizing across competing engineering, customer, and business needs.
Serve as a cross-functional PM voice across the full TCU platform — including silicon and hardware modules — coordinating with hardware product management to ensure SW/FW roadmap decisions are informed by and aligned with system-level hardware requirements.
Drive requirements from concept through release: author PRDs, define acceptance criteria, and translate customer and market needs into actionable engineering work.
Be the customer interface for the TCU platform, leading technical discussions with hyperscalers, OEMs, ODMs, and CSPs to understand integration requirements and surface feedback into the roadmap.
Coordinate cross-functionally across firmware engineering, hardware architecture, software, QA, security, and marketing to align on scope, schedule, and priorities.
Define and maintain feature prioritization across multiple concurrent development programs, making clear tradeoff decisions with data to back them up.
Engage with ecosystem and standards bodies by tracking and influencing relevant industry standards and competitive positioning in the BMC/RMC/platform management space.
Support product launches and partner with product marketing on messaging, collateral, and customer-facing technical content.
Grow and lead the PM function: as the PM organization grows, this role is expected to take on mentorship and eventually direct management responsibility for junior PMs.
Required
10+ years of product management experience in semiconductor, embedded systems, or systems software, with a demonstrated track record of shipping firmware or software products in a hardware-adjacent environment.
Deep domain knowledge of BMC/RMC and data center platform management firmware including platform management standards, out-of-band management architectures, boot firmware, and platform telemetry.
Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure firmware and software: you understand how firmware integrates into server and rack-level systems at hyperscale and OEM/ODM customers.
Strong technical foundation: you can hold your own in architecture discussions with firmware and ASIC engineers. A background in embedded software engineering, firmware development, or systems architecture is strongly preferred.
Experience working directly with customers on technical requirements — you are comfortable leading conversations with principal engineers and architects at major cloud or OEM accounts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to write clear PRDs, present to executives, and represent Axiado externally with credibility.
Preferred / Desirable
Experience with embedded or edge AI/ML — inference on resource-constrained hardware, ML model deployment in firmware contexts, or AI-driven platform management.
Background in hardware security — root of trust architectures, secure boot, attestation, TPM/fTPM, or cryptography.
Familiarity with NIST 800-193, OCP Security, DMTF Redfish, SPDM, PLDM or related open standards in the data center platform management & Security ecosystem.
Prior experience at a fabless semiconductor company or in a role where firmware is a first-class product, not a software afterthought.
Exposure to AI server or accelerator platforms (GPU servers, AI ASICs, custom silicon) and the management plane requirements they introduce.
Compensation Range - $80,000 - $200000
