Overview

Microsoft 365 Copilot is transforming how small and medium businesses work, bringing AI-powered assistance into the tools millions of customers rely on every day. Microsoft 365 Business is how a large share of those customers buy productivity, and attaching and accelerating Copilot across that base is one of our most significant growth opportunities in the Unmanaged segment.

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead growth strategy for Microsoft 365 Business plus Copilot. In this role, you will drive how we package and message our strategy across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Connectors, and Agents, develop a deep understanding of SMB customer needs and buying behavior, and drive the product evolution required to meet those use cases.

You will work closely with product, engineering, growth, go-to-market, ecommerce, and partner teams to identify the most promising opportunities, test new approaches, and scale the strategies that deliver results. This is an opportunity for a strategic and action-oriented product marketer to shape an emerging growth motion, influence product and marketing strategy, and help more customers realize the full value of Microsoft 365 and Copilot.

About the Team

The Microsoft 365 + Copilot product marketing organization is responsible for bringing together product innovation, customer insight, and go-to-market strategy to help customers get more value from Microsoft's productivity and AI solutions.

The Unmanaged Growth team focuses on creating new paths to growth for customers who discover, evaluate, and purchase Microsoft 365 and Copilot through digital and partner-led experiences. We combine product marketing, experimentation, data, and customer insight to identify opportunities, develop new growth strategies, and turn successful approaches into scalable programs. We operate cross-org and cross-engine against our biggest opportunities, and we measure success by the ideas that graduate to fuller-scale motions through our channels because they move the business. You will join a passionate team with the mandate to experiment to drive growth.

The team values curiosity, clear thinking, collaboration, bias toward action, and a willingness to test and learn. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys building in emerging areas, converting ambiguity into focused action, and bringing diverse teams together around customer needs and measurable business outcomes.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
