Senior Product Marketing Manager, Hinge Health, Inc., San Francisco, CA (up to 40%

telecommuting permitted):

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap and long-term vision for marketing

    technology platforms supporting customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Develop product strategies enabling high volume digital communications, supporting

    100 million or more messages annually across multiple channels.

  • Use Agile methodologies to define product requirements, user stories, and priorities in collaboration with engineering teams.

  • Coordinate the work of fullstack and backend engineers by clarifying scope,

    acceptance criteria, and delivery timelines.

  • Analyze complex data using SQL and Python to evaluate system performance,

    campaign effectiveness, and conversion metrics.

  • Optimize marketing channels including email, direct mail, SMS, and push

    notifications.

  • Design and execute multivariate and A/B testing to assess feature and campaign

    changes.

  • Maintain platforms supporting incentive decisioning and fulfillment.

  • Identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Triage stakeholder requests, act as the product subject matter expert for marketing technology, incorporate machine learning signals into customer journeys, and present regular product updates to Growth and senior leadership stakeholders.

  • Utilize Project Management tools; Marketing Automation tools; Product Management;

  • SQL; Python, Analytic tools (Tableau, Mode, and/or Mixpanel); and digital marketing/campaign automation.

Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and four (4) years of experience as a Product

Manager, Marketing Manager or related. Four (4) years of experience must include utilizing

Project Management tools; Marketing Automation tools; Product Management; SQL; Python,

Analytic tools (Tableau, Mode, and/or Mixpanel); and digital marketing/campaign automation.

Case HIN1016. Full time. $235,477 to $297,600 per year.
