Why Harvey

At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.

At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

As a Product Operations Manager, Data at Harvey, you'll be the connective tissue between our data product surfaces, Engineering, GTM, and the external technology partners we rely on — making sure customer and partner signals turn into fast, well-coordinated action. You'll own intake and triage for feature requests and data issues, run early-access programs and cross-functional launches, and manage the partner relationships that keep our data pipeline reliable for law firms and in-house legal teams pushing the frontier of AI adoption.

This is a role for someone who's comfortable being in the weeds of a technical issue one hour and briefing leadership on launch risk the next — and who'd rather build a lightweight system that scales than a heavy process that doesn't get used.

What You'll Do

Customer, Partner & Issue Intake — Making sure the right signal reaches the right team, fast

  • Own the intake, triage, and prioritization of customer feature requests.

  • Triage customer-reported data and product issues, assess severity and impact, coordinate resolution across the appropriate teams, and ensure timely communication.

  • Manage relationships with external technology partners, including onboarding, ongoing operations, issue resolution, and delivery quality.

Programs & Launches — Getting new capabilities into customers' hands, then out the door broadly

  • Plan and run early-access programs for new features, including customer selection, onboarding, feedback collection, usage analysis, and launch recommendations.

  • Coordinate cross-functional launches by tracking dependencies, validating operational readiness, surfacing risks, and keeping high-priority initiatives on track.

Systems That Scale — Turning feedback and recurring friction into durable process

  • Translate customer, partner, and internal feedback into clear requirements, prioritized workstreams, and actionable recommendations.

  • Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials that help internal teams communicate and operate effectively.

  • Identify recurring operational challenges and implement lightweight systems, automation, and processes that enable the team to scale.

What You Have
  • 3-5+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, Technical Program Management, or a related operational role at a high-growth tech or SaaS company — ideally supporting data, integrations, or technical product surface.

  • Experience triaging and prioritizing inbound requests and issues at volume — you know how to separate signal from noise and route things to the right owner without becoming a bottleneck.

  • Comfortable engaging with data and technical issues directly enough to assess severity and impact, even when you're not the one fixing them.

  • Experience managing external vendor or technology partner relationships, including onboarding and ongoing delivery quality.

  • Hands-on experience running early-access or beta programs and coordinating launches in a fast-moving product environment.

  • Strong written communication — you can turn messy feedback into clear requirements, playbooks, and documentation that other teams actually use.

  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, and GTM without direct authority.

  • A bias toward lightweight systems over heavy processes — you'd rather ship a simple fix that scales than a perfect framework nobody uses.
