Overview

NiCE is seeking a Senior Public Relations Manager to lead US public relations strategy and execution, with the ultimate goal of increasing NiCE’s brand visibility and leadership position in the US market through a strategic mix of earned, owned, and paid media.

This role owns day‑to‑day and long‑term PR efforts in the US, shaping how NiCE’s innovation, AI leadership, and customer experience vision are understood by media, analysts, customers, and industry influencers. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands‑on communicator who can translate complex technology into clear market narratives and operate confidently with senior executives and cross‑functional partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. US PR Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies tailored to the US market, aligned with NiCE’s global brand and corporate communications strategy.
  • Drive proactive storytelling to increase awareness, credibility, and thought leadership for NiCE in the US.
  • Identify priority narratives, moments, and campaigns that elevate NiCE’s leadership in AI‑driven customer experience.
  • Ensure consistent, high‑quality execution across earned, owned, and paid media initiatives.

2. Agency & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage day‑to‑day relationships with US PR agencies, freelancers, and external partners.
  • Provide strategic direction, oversight, and feedback to ensure high‑impact results and on‑message execution.
  • Oversee agency deliverables, timelines, and performance against visibility and awareness goals.
  • Serve as a primary PR partner to US‑based internal stakeholders, including marketing, product marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Confidently interface with senior executives, providing clear counsel, messaging guidance, and preparation for media and visibility opportunities.

3. Content Development & Storytelling

  • Lead development of US‑focused PR content, including press releases, media pitches, bylines, and campaign narratives.
  • Support executive messaging, thought leadership content, and leadership positioning across channels.
  • Adapt global content and announcements to ensure relevance and impact for US audiences.
  • Partner with marketing and digital teams to amplify PR narratives through owned and paid channels where appropriate.

4. Media Relations & Executive Visibility

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with US business, technology, AI, and CX media.
  • Identify and secure high‑value media opportunities that advance NiCE’s visibility and market positioning.
  • Coordinate media interviews, briefings, and visibility opportunities for NiCE executives.
  • Monitor US media coverage and sentiment; provide analysis and reporting to internal stakeholders.

5. Speaking Opportunities & Strategic Visibility Moments

  • Work with agencies to identify and secure strategic speaking opportunities for NiCE executives at priority US events.
  • Support executive preparation, messaging, and positioning tied to visibility moments.
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to ensure PR visibility is maximized before, during, and after key moments.

6. Global Collaboration & Special Projects

  • Collaborate closely with global and regional PR leads to ensure message consistency and alignment.
  • Support integrated campaigns, major announcements, and strategic communications initiatives.
  • Assist with additional PR, communications, and cross‑functional projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or technology PR.
  • Experience supporting communications for enterprise technology, SaaS, AI, or cloud platforms.
  • Proven track record driving brand exposure around technology innovation.
  • Exceptional writing and messaging development skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product marketing, executives, and global teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

  • 7–10+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or technology PR.
  • Experience driving brand visibility and thought leadership in the US market.
  • Strong background in enterprise technology, SaaS, AI, or related industries.
  • Exceptional writing, messaging development, and storytelling skills.
  • Proven ability to manage agencies and multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
