About this role

As a Senior Recruiter, you'll own hiring for three of our most business-critical orgs – Product, Design, and Strategy – during one of the most pivotal growth phases in Faire's history. You'll partner directly with executives to shape talent strategy, build hiring processes that actually work in an evolving market, and help make Faire a place top talent wants to join. This is high-visibility, high-impact work on a supportive, high performing, fast-moving team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including the ability to negotiate and close candidates
  • Communicate and effectively partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deeply understand roles and build out structured processes and create effective job descriptions 
  • Drive creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, along with internal referrals, to identify and attract high quality candidates 
  • Drive the offer process to onboard candidates
  • Help maintain our applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and build out transparent reporting for stakeholders on recruiting activity

Qualifications

  • 4+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-pace environment
  • You are resourceful, proactive and take initiative on helping to solve complex talent puzzles
  • You are passionate about recruiting 
  • You are organized and have excellent time management skills
  • You care deeply about the candidate experience and employee brand, with impeccable attention to detail
  • You have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • You are data driven and have experience managing weekly pipeline reporting

Salary Range

San Francisco : the pay range for this role is $148,000 to $203,500 per year.

This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.
