This role blends data engineering, financial analysis, and business analytics. You will maintain critical data pipelines, manage large datasets, lead recurring revenue forecasting, and support cross functional teams through dashboards, reporting, and ad hoc analysis. Strong SQL/ETL and Excel skills, and financial acumen are essential.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within Canada as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Forecasting & Analytics
    • Lead recurring revenue forecasting across all Enterprise Imaging business units for hundreds of customers
    • Analyze attrition, maintenance compression, and client level impacts
    • Validate SAP revenue data and perform Actuals vs. Forecast variance analysis
    • Assess and escalate revenue risks; support EOL forecasting
    • Incorporate special revenue recognition rules into forecast models
  • Data Flow & Quality Management
    • Monitor data from Salesforce, SAP, Smartsheet, and internal systems
    • Reconcile multiple risk sources (Qualtrics, Salesforce, email)
    • Track labor hour data and identify inconsistencies impacting forecasts
    • Ensure alignment and integrity across all forecasting related systems
  • Data Engineering & ETL
    • Build and maintain SQL jobs, ETL processes, and large scale data pipelines
    • Support and troubleshoot Python scripts for automation and data processing
    • Improve data structures, transformations, and quality (duplicates, nulls, outliers)
  • Analytics & Visualization
    • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards; support migration from Spotfire
    • Deliver dashboards and reports end to end, including data modeling
    • Handle ad hoc requests: dashboards, data mining, reporting, executive summaries
  • Business Partnering
    • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Revenue Accounting, Contracts, and Operations
    • Document data logic, sources, and metric definitions
    • Present insights and explain complex concepts to technical and non technical audiences

Required Qualifications:
  • Advanced SQL; enterprise level dashboarding experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and large datasets
  • Experience with visual analytics (PowerBI dashboards development and maintenance)
  • Intermediate Excel skills (experience with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, INDEX, and Power Query)
  • Experience with financial analysis and business metrics: forecasting, variance, risk assessment
  • Python for ETL/automation (pandas preferred)
  • ETL pipeline creation and maintenance
  • Proven ability to diagnose system discrepancies, treat and reconcile data
  • Proven ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Proven curiosity, attention to detail, and strong documentation habits
  • Proven good communication and comfortable presenting to small groups (~10 people)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Revenue recognition or financial modeling experience
  • API integration experience
  • Proven R or additional analytics tools; healthcare/finance/tech industry exposure
  • Proven predictive modeling, regression, or basic machine learning

Canada Residents Only: The salary range for Canada residents is $82,700 to $171,900 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
